This policy explains what personal data the website rve-x.com (“RVE-X”, “we”) handles when you visit it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

RVE-X is published by a micro-enterprise based in Nancy, France, operated by Ervan Demir, who is the data controller. You can contact us through our TikTok account @rvex280, or with the details in the Legal Notice.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The site has no user accounts, contact forms, comments, newsletter, advertising, or analytics and tracking tools. The only data involved is technical:

• Server logs. When you load the site, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Google Fonts. The site loads the Anton and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends a request, including your IP address, to Google’s servers.
• Messages. If you contact us on TikTok, TikTok’s own privacy policy applies to that exchange. We only see what you choose to send us.

Cookies and local storage

RVE-X does not set cookies and does not store tracking information in your browser. Sites we link to, such as TikTok or Coachmen, may set their own cookies once you visit them.

Why we process data

We process the technical data above on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing a reliable website.

How long it is kept

We do not keep server logs ourselves. They are held by our hosting provider under its own retention policy, usually for a short period. Messages you send us on TikTok are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider and Google act as service providers and may process data outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise a right, contact us through our TikTok account @rvex280. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Third-party links

RVE-X links to external sites, including TikTok and Coachmen. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
